Sit back with anticipation while your personal, Chef creates a gourmet, custom-tailored dinner to rival anything in the Bay! Enjoy your drinks on the rocks or blended while the perfect wine-pairings with our Mixologist. Wake up and leave your bed un-made as you head out on your Canopy Tour south of Puerto Vallarta only to come back to your refreshed sanctuary at Casa Caleta.

House Manager

The House Manager is the skipper of the Villa with his hand confidently on the tiller to ensure that you hopefully will never see him. But if you do, he is immediately available to solve and resolve anything and everything in and around Casa Caleta. He is in charge of making sure that Casa Caleta and its services are kept up to highest standards throughout your stay. All staff members report directly to the House Manager.

Concierge

By the time you have arrived, you will have already been in contact with the Concierge setting up your arrival and any special needs you may have wanted taken care of at the villa. She will check you in on arrival and check you out of the villa on your departure. The check-in time is 3 PM and the check-out time is 11 AM. We trust that you can appreciate that we need to hold close to these times as the Villa routine in terms of preparation and cleanup revolves around these times. Early check-ins and late check-outs impact the level of service we are able to deliver to all our guests – both departing and arriving. Personal Chef

Casa Caleta welcomes our guests and strives to deliver the highest level of quality personal services. We hope that one of the highlights of your stay with us will be your fully dedicated Personal Chef. He has extensive experience in the culinary arts having worked at various private villas in Mexico over the years during which time he has earned numerous accolades for outstanding service. Fully has not only been Executive Chef and several of Puerto Vallarta’s top restaurants, he has also managed several restaurants in the area as well. The Personal Chef welcomes the opportunity to serve you at Casa Caleta, Puerto Vallarta. For larger groups, he will usually be accompanied by his Assistant who helps with prep-work, serving, clearing and general clean-up. The Personal Chef will typically arrive at 7:30 a.m. to prepare and serve breakfast to order as well as lunch each day depending on your preference. He is also available for dinners (there is a cost of $100 per dinner event). Upon arrival, you will sit with him to discuss your needs for your stay and our personal shopper will do your shopping throughout Puerto Vallarta for all your food and beverages. Our Shopper knows where to find the best coffee, the top-of-the-line beef, the freshest lobster, the best wine selection and of course only the very best tequila! We believe that the best dishes begin with the highest quality and freshest ingredients and the Personal Chef will never cut corners sacrificing quality or freshness. The Personal Chef's specialty is Italian which he prepares with our pasta machine.

Mixologist

While the Mixologist loves to prepare hand-crafted power juices with our new heavy-duty juicer, he also knows how to prepare and present every kind of margarita known to man! We challenge our guests to find a cocktail that he cannot deliver in style. At the same time, he is close to completing his certification as a Sommelier, something which we hope our guests will also want to take advantage of.

Housekeeper

The Housekeeper is one of our most valuable team members – trained at the Four Seasons Hotel in Punta Mita, she keeps everything clean and tidy at all times. The Villa housekeeping is done daily starting at 8:00 a.m. If there is anything you need to know pertaining to the house-keeping please don't hesitate to mention it to the Housekeeper and she'll be happy to assist you. The towels are changed whenever you leave the laundry sign on the floor with the sheets to be changed or every 3rd day in any case.

Should you wish to have light laundry done for you, the Housekeeper will be pleased to comply, however the Villa is not set up to do personal laundry as a matter of course.

Dry Cleaning is also available, just let the Housekeeper know and she will take care of it with the Concierge.

Houseman/Poolman

He ensures that everything is functioning throughout the Villa. He looks after the plumbing, the electrical, the AC systems, the Spa, the Pool, the fountains, the gas system and the landscaping. If you happen to see something that needs technical attention, please point it out to the Houseman/Poolman and he will do everything he can do get it right for you as soon as humanly possible.

Depending upon his schedule, he is always willing to assist the other Villa staff members with anything that they may need help with from time to time.
